Ok seriously.. you can't judge a place by its "cover". It's been awhile since I came back but the last time I had a steak here, left an impression and tonight still bears the same.... Josh's has the BEST steak in town.. Hands Down!!!! I wish you could see and hear and smell the sizzling goodness coming off this pic, but believe me it was cooked perfectly!! Just the way I liked it 😀

great place! my boyfriend and i stopped by on our last night of our vacation. our bartender was super helpful and friendly. a different bartender consistently stopped by to make sure we were doing alright in our little corner. it was karaoke night when we stopped by and the vibes were amazing! if you’re looking for a laid back bar with a great vibe, this is the place to be! i hope to be back some other time :)
This places is amazing. I am in big cities for business all the time and the prices for the quality is virtually free. The staff is outstanding. Great sports venue. Everyone gets along, roots for their teams and talks landfill size trash but always in great fun. That being said, DON'T COME. MORE FOR ME hahahahahahahahaha LOL!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
There is no other local place like Josh's! It can be busy on Friday and Saturdays because the locals know where to go. The food is always good, and you can't beat the prices or the portions. Friday almost always has a live band. It's definitely worth your time!
Josh's came highly suggested from a neighbor who is from Minnisoata "A"... I ordered the cheese burger over the phone. Once I arrived, the Josh owner greeted me. He said "I have the best burger in town." That's not the first time I've heard that I said. Took the order back to the office to see. Its seperatly wrapped and surrounded by fries. After the second bite I was convinced that my neighbor and Josh are correct. What a great handmaid burger - cooked med/well with fresh lettuce, tomato, onions, pickle, mayo ok, yeah the works. Great burger - I'll be back!
First time diners at Josh's. Super friendly staff and environment that easily mimics a small town business. The food, steaks and chops were cooked perfectly, the food was hot, juicy and tender all for half the price of a corporate chain restaurant. We will be back.
I’m not from Virginia and found this place on my stay here. I really loved it, the place felt very authentic. The food was delicious, I order the shrimp dinner with melted butter to dip the shrimp. Let me tell you that bitter tasted amazing. Also, super affordable.
Amazing BLT! Outstanding opinion rings. The bay breeze slush was refreshing and yummy. Super server/bartender. Wings looked delicious (although someone would not share!) and the Reuben was substantial.
Love it there...service is good, food and drinks are amazing!! This is one of my favorite places for steamed shrimp. Love how friendly everybody is....we need more of that in the world today.
